神经再生素对体外培养的小鼠皮层神经元活性的影响

摘    要:目的 :探讨中药提取物———神经再生素对小鼠大脑皮层神经元噻唑蓝 (MTT)代谢率的影响。方法 :以原代培养的小鼠大脑皮层神经元为模型 ,MTT微量比色法观察神经再生素不同浓度对大脑皮层神经元的存活率的影响。结果 :培养的大脑皮层神经元的MTT微量比色法的OD570 值指标 ,在神经再生素和神经生长因子组间无明显差异 ;而与空白组间差异有显著性意义。结论 :神经再生素具有促进大脑皮层神经元存活的作用

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of nerve regeneration factor on MTT metabolism rate of mouse cortical neuron. Methods:The effect of NRF at different concentrations(0.01,0.1,1μg/ml) on the metabolism rate of MTT in the primary cell culture of mouse cortical neuron was studied.Results:There is significant difference of OD values between NRF group and control group, however, no significant difference between NRF group and NGF group.Conclusion:NRF may play a role in promoting the survival of mouse cortical neurons.
