动脉粥样硬化相关基因和蛋白质数据库的初构

目的构建动脉粥样硬化相关基因和蛋白质数据库,以促进动脉粥样硬化医学生物信息学的研究。方法以GenBank、Pubmed、PDB、OMIM等数据库作为信息数据来源;根据动脉粥样硬化相关信息的内容将数据库设计为基因、蛋白质和功能3部分;编写软件从上述信息资源中获取数据,分类整理,存入数据库,利用软件的管理和查询功能对本地数据进行管理和检索。结果经过OMIM、文献和相关数据库的检索,目前确定了127个动脉粥样硬化的相关基因,97个蛋白质;建立动脉粥样硬化相关基因和蛋白质数据库,并对其内容进行初步分析。最终实现发布和查询。结论通过整合现有相关信息,建立一个种类繁多、内容齐全与动脉粥样硬化相关的二级数据库,为动脉粥样硬化和心脑血管的研究提供一个新的便捷的生物信息查询的工具。

The preliminary construction of the database of atherosclerosis related genes and proteins

Objective To construct atherosclerosis related gene and to protein database and provide a useful query tool for the research of atherosclerosis in biomedical information.Methods Data are collected from databases such as GenBank,Pubmed,PDB and OMIM.And items of the database are divided into 3 aspects:gene,protein and function.Data were classified,and stored into database by programming and published on web.Results We found 127 genes and 97 proteins be related to atherosclerosis from OMIM,related articles and databases.And the contents of database were also analyzed.Conclusion A complete and comprehensive database related to atherosclerosis has been constructed,providing a new and useful bioinformatics query tool for atherosclerosis,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular research.
