栀子滴眼液对家兔细菌性角膜炎的影响

目的：观察栀子滴眼液对家兔细菌性角膜炎的影响。方法：对家兔角膜实质接种金黄色葡萄球菌和绿脓杆菌分别制成两种角膜炎模型，接种6h后以栀子滴眼液治疗的为治疗组，以诺氟沙星滴眼液治疗的为对照组，观察6d。结果：金黄色葡萄球菌角膜炎组其疗效治疗组与对照组差异无显著性，但治愈时间上治疗组明显优于对照组；绿脓杆菌角膜炎组中对照组疗效优于治疗组。结论：栀子滴眼液可用于治疗由金黄色葡萄球菌引起的角膜炎，且风效快。

Influence of Zhizi solution on bacterial keratitis in rabbits

OBJECTIVE To investigate the influence of Zhizi solution on bacterial keratiti s in rabbits.METHODS Tow kinds of keratitis models were made by injecting staphylococcus and pseudomo nas aerugioso into corneal stroma of rabbis.Six hours after injection the models treated with Zhizi solution and norfioxacin were therapy group and control group respectively.RESULTS The therapy group was similar to the control group compared the curative effect in keratitis injected with staphylococcus auereous,there was no significant diff erence between two groups.The curative time was significantly shortend compared to that in the control group.Compared the curative effect in keratitis injected with pseudomonas aeruginoso,the control group was prior to the therapy group and showed a significant difference.CONCLUSIONS Zhizi solution had good effects on the therapy of keratitis caused by staphylococcus auereous.
