| 摘 要： | 细菌感染已经成为临床不可忽视的问题。在感染菌谱中,革兰阴性杆菌感染具有明显加剧趋势,且耐药现象日趋严重,严重影响了药物的疗效和疾病的预后。本文就革兰阴性杆菌感染现状、耐药状况、耐药机制以及应对措施进行综述,为临床合理选择抗生素提供依据。

| Abstract: | Bacterial infections are so seriously conducted making us always on alert and not be negligible. After antibiotics have been extensively used, nearly all infections are now under controlled, but a new problem concerned about the antibiotics-resistance of bacteria has emerged clinically. Among the wide spectrum of infections, gram negative bacillus infection becomes more seriously aggravated with increasing drug resistances attenuating the action of drugs, and affecting the prognosis. A comprehensive review of literatures for understanding the current of gram negative bacillus infection, drug resistance together with its mechanism is presented in this article with the hope of providing proper evidence for antibiotics selection clinically. |
