脑转移瘤的CT诊断

目的总结脑转移瘤的CT表现,以期提高对该病CT诊断与鉴别诊断的认识。方法回顾性分析38例脑转移瘤的CT表现。结果病灶位于幕上31例,幕下3例,幕上幕下共存4例;病灶多发29例,单发9例;32例呈中重度水肿,4例轻度水肿,2例无明显水肿;26例行增强扫描,呈均匀强化19例,非均匀性强化7例。结论转移瘤多位于幕上,多发为主,＂小病灶大水肿＂是较有特征性的CT表现;CT检查对转移瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断有重要价值。

Computed Tomography Diagnosis of Metastasis Tumor of Brain

Objective To summarize CT images of metastasis tumor of brain and then to improve the knowledge of differential diagnosis of the disease.Method CT findings of metastasis tumor of brain were reviewed in 38 cases.Results Lesions were located at supratentorial in 31 cases,subtentorial in 3 cases and supratentorial and subtentorial in 4.Multiple lesions were found in 29 and single lesion in 9.There were moderate-severe edema in 32 and mild edema in 4.CT images showed 19 of uniformity enhancement and 7 of non-uniformity enhancement in the 26 patients performed contrast enhancement scanning.Conclusions Metastasis tumor of brain was mainly located at supratentorial with multiple lesions.Sign of small lesion with large edema is a distinctive CT manifestation.CT scanning can play an important role in the diagnosis and different diagnosis of metastasis tumor of brain.
