尿沉渣中红细胞影像分析研究

摘    要:作者研究了尿沉渣中细胞自动识别分类及分析技术,以计算机辅助诊断客观地完成尿液中细胞的定量分析,提高检验的精确度。提出了一种融合灰度空间和数学形态学梯度信息的细胞图像自动分割算法,以完成对红细胞的分割。在灰度梯度图像上采用数学形态学梯度与灰度阈值分割相结合的算法提取红细胞的轮廓,并分别赋予不同的标记。实现了单个细胞的检出。

Abstract:The authors researched automatic recognition and analytical technique of urinary sediment. It objectively finishes quantitative analysis of the urinary cell by computer-aided detection so as to increase precision of the test. This article introduces the algorithm of automatic cellular image segmentation which merges gray space and information of mathematical morphology gradient in order to carry out segmentation of erythrocytes images. For the detection of single cell, it used mathematical morphology gradient and gray threshold segmentation to carry out contour extraction of erythrocytes images and then mark with different tagging.
