儿童淋球菌感染及耐药状况分析

目的：探讨重庆儿童医院就诊的儿童中淋球菌感染的特点，并对淋球菌的耐药状况进行分析。方法：采用儿童眼分泌物和阴道分泌物进行淋球菌分离培养与鉴定及常用药物敏感试验。结果：幼女是淋球菌最主要的侵袭对象，主要表现为阴道炎。淋球菌对壮观霉素是敏感，其耐药率为0.对头孢曲松钠和环丙沙星较敏感，其耐药率分别为25％和35％，而青霉素治疗效果不肯定，敏感率为35％，耐药率为55％。结论：儿童淋球菌感染抗菌药物治疗时，应根据病情、耐药特性及经济能力选用敏感抗生素。

Infections character istics and antibiotic suseptibility of Neisseria gonorrhoeae in children.

Objective: The aim of this study was to analyze the infectious characteristics and antibiotic susceptibility of Neisseria gonorrhoeae in Chongqing Children's Hospital.Methods:Culture and identified the Neisseria gonorrhea isolated from the secretion of eyes and vagina. The experiment of antibiotic suspeptibility were performed. Results: Young girls are easily infested by Neissesila gonorrhoeae, somparid with young boys, and present The vulvovaginitis. Neisseria gonorrhoeae was highly susceptible to spectinomycin, and was susceptible to ceftriaxone and ciprofloxacin.But it was resistant to penicillin. The resistant rates were 0, 25% , 35% and 55% respectively.Conclusion:The characteristics, antibiotic susceptibility and economic situation should be considered when selecting antibiotic treatment in children with gonorrhoeae infection.
