| 摘 要： | 目的观察混合重组人胰岛素(诺和灵30R)与午餐加服阿卡波糖对午餐后2 h血糖及对糖化血红蛋白的影响。方法54例2型糖尿病人,随机分为对照组(单纯采用混合重组人胰岛素治疗)和治疗组(采用混合重组人胰岛素治疗)与午餐加服阿卡波糖治疗,查分组时及8周后的空腹血糖、三餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白及血脂,进行统计学处理。结果8周时,治疗组的午餐及晚餐后血糖和糖化血红蛋白较对照组明显下降(P<0.05),血脂两组无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论午餐加服阿卡波糖,可改善诺和灵30R对午餐后血糖控制不良的缺陷。
