| 摘 要： | 用比色法测定148例胃癌和非胃癌患者胃液乳酸含量,包括正常对照36例。胃癌患者胃液乳酸含量明显增高,与胃良性疾病及正常人比较,差异非常显著(p<0.001),重叠甚少,有助于初步鉴别胃良性和恶性疾病。

| Abstract: | Lactic acid level of gastric juice was dermined by Baker-Summerson's colorim-etric method in 112 gastric cancer and non-cancerous patients and 36 normal subjects. Levels in cancerous patient were significantly higher than those of the non-cancerous patients, with only a few overlapping. Statistical analysis showed that there was remarkable difference between gastric cancer and non-cancerous diseases and normal subjects (P<0.001). It is suggested that, the patient is very likely a malignant disease when his gastric lactic acid level reached 4mg/dl. And the auther recognized that, only two cancerous patients had had pyloric stenosis, the origin of lactic acid must be other than bacterial fermentation in cases even associated with pyloric stenosis, and it demands further investigation. |
