| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨柴芍承气汤对重症急性胰腺炎患者胃肠功能恢复和血清细胞因子的影响。方法:将60例急性重症胰腺炎患者随机分为两组,对照组给予禁食、胃肠减压、补充血容量、纠正水电解质酸碱失衡、生长抑素、奥美拉唑、抗生素治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用柴芍承气汤150mL经胃管注入或口服,每日2～3次。结果:治疗组患者腹胀、腹痛缓解时间,肠鸣音恢复时间,平均排便、排气恢复时间均显著低于对照组(P0.01);治疗后两组血清TNF-α和IL-6、IL-8含量均降低,以治疗组降低最为明显,两组间比较有显著性差异((P0.05)。结论:柴芍承气汤能显著降低重症急性胰腺炎患者血清TNF-α和IL-6、IL-8水平,减轻炎症反应综合征,促进其胃肠功能的恢复,值得临床推广应用。
