果糖二磷酸钠联合环磷腺苷治疗轮状病毒致小儿心肌损害的疗效

摘    要:目的:探讨果糖二磷酸钠注射液联合环磷腺苷注射液治疗轮状病毒致小儿心肌损害的临床疗效。方法:选择轮状病毒肠炎合并心肌损害患儿153例,随机分为A、B、c三组,每组51例。在常规治疗基础上A组予以果糖二磷酸钠注射液静脉滴注,B组予以环磷腺苷静脉注射液滴注,c组予以二者联合用药,治疗7d后根据治疗前后心肌酶谱结果对比观察三组治疗效果。结果:A、B、C三组治疗后心肌酶谱主要指标CK—MB、cTnI均有明显下降,而c组的CK.MB、crrnI较A组、B组下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:果糖二磷酸钠注射液联合环磷腺苷注射液治疗轮状病毒致小儿心肌损害效果明显,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the efficacy of fructose diphosphate sodium injection and adenosine cyclophosphatec (AMP) injection in treating infantile myocardial damage caused by rotavirus. Methods: One hundred and fifty-three cases of infantile rotavirus enteritis combined with myocardial damage were randomly divided into three groups. The three groups were all received basic treatment. Group A was additionally treated with fructose diphosphate sodium injection ; group B were given cAMP injection ; group C were given fructose diphosphate sodium injection and cAMP injection. After seven days' treatment, myocardial zymograms of the three groups were compared. Results: After treatment for seven days, the levels of CK-MB and cTnI were decreased in three groups. The decline of CK-MB and cTnl in group C was significantly higher than that of group A and B; the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusions: The efficacy of fructose diphosphate sodium injection and cAMP injection in treating infantile myocardial damage caused by rotavirus is good enough to be widely applied.
