消旋卡多曲颗粒联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗轮状病毒所致水样腹泻的疗效观察

目的：探讨消旋卡多曲颗粒联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗轮状病毒所致小儿急性水样腹泻的疗效和安全性。方法：95例急性水样腹泻男性患儿,采用胶体金标法检测大便均提示轮状病毒抗原阳性,按随机数字表法分为观察组48例和对照组47例。两组患儿根据脱水情况,轻度者给予口服补盐液,中度者给予静脉补液,并指导患儿饮食,同时加用葡萄糖酸锌颗粒,在此基础上,观察组给予口服消旋卡多曲颗粒,两组疗程均为3 d,观察患儿大便次数、大便性状、大便质量及呕吐、腹痛、腹胀、皮疹等不良反应情况。结果：对照组和观察组总有效率分别为70.2%（33/47）和93.8%（45/48）,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。观察组在治疗24 h、48 h、72 h后大便质量均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。两组患儿治疗后均未发现不良反应。结论：消旋卡多曲颗粒联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗轮状病毒感染所致的小儿急性水样腹泻在早期即可抑制液体物质的产生,从而减少大便次数、改善大便性状,缩短病程,减少临床上水电解质的补充摄入,疗效显著,安全性好,值得临床推广应用。

Curative Effect of Racecadotril Combined with Zinc Gluconate in Treating on Infants with Acute Watery Diarrhea Induced by Rotavirus

Objective： To investigate the curative effect and safety of racecadotril combined with zinc gluconate in treating on infants with acute watery diarrhea induced by rotavirus. Methods： Ninety-five male infants with acute watery diarrhea,whose rotavirus antigens are positive through stool colloidal gold labeled assay,were divided into two groups according with random number table,treatment group（n =48） and control group（n = 47）. Both groups were supplied with zinc gluconate,the dietary guidance,and ORS for mild dehydration and intravenous fluid depending on their dehydration state. In addition,racecadotril was applied to the treatment group.Therapeutic effects were compared after 3 days of treatment. To observe the frequency,state and weight of stool,and adverse reaction such as vomit,abdomen ache,abdomen distention and rash. Results： The total effective rate of the control group and treatment group were 70. 2%（33 /47） and 93. 8%（45 /48） respectively. There was significant difference between two groups（ P〈0. 01）,and there were also significant differences of weight of stool within 24 hours,48 hours and 72 hours between two groups（ P〈0. 01）. No adverse reaction was found during the treatment. Conclusions： Racecadotril combined with zinc gluconate in treating on infants with acute watery diarrhea induced by rotavirus could restrain the production of liquid substances in the early stage,low the frequency and improve the state of stool. It also could shorten the disease course and reduce the supplement of water and electrolyte intake. In a word,it is effective and safe to be applied widely.
