摘    要:目的:对新生儿院内感染轮状病毒肠炎进行回顾性分析。方法:采用现场流行病学调查的方法,用胶体金法监测待测样本中的A组轮状病毒,并观察轮状病毒肠炎的症状及肠道外并发症。结果:20例患儿中入住三人间病房16例,两人间4例,无住单间病房者;患儿家长中农村及外来务工者15例,陪护家属均为老年妇女。调查结果显示这起新生儿院内感染是由于陪护人员卫生意识较差,随意丢弃腹泻患儿的尿片,造成轮状病毒经粪一口途径传播。结论:A组轮状病毒感染引起的院内感染,以粪-口途径传播为主,患儿家长不良卫生习惯、临床护士对该病的重视不够、病房人员拥挤、消毒隔离措施不完善是造成传播的主要因素,应注意对新生儿轮状病毒肠道外并发症的监控,并加强对住院腹泻患儿轮状病毒的监测,强化病房消毒隔离措施,在陪护人群中开展与腹泻病有关的健康教育是控制轮状病毒肠炎院内感染的重点。

Abstract:Objective:To retrospectively analyze nosocomial rotavirus enteritis infection in neonates. Methods: Field epidemiological investigation was used in this study. Group A rotaviruses were detected by colloid gold method. The symptoms of rotavirus enteritis and parenteral complications were observed. Results: In the twenty patients, sixteen lived in three beds ward, and four in two beds ward. Parents of fifteen patients were from countryside or migrants. Their accompanying dependants were all elderly women. Research showed the reason of infection was health attendants discarded diapers of diarrhea patients, which caused disease spreading through fecal-oral route. Conclusions: The control of parenteral complications of neonatal rotavirus infection should be strengthened. Inpatients suffering from diarrhea should exam rotavirus. Disinfection and isolation work of the ward should be strengthened. The key to control nosoeomial rotavirus enteritis infection in neonates is to carry out health education on diarrhea in health attendants.
