1260例儿科住院病例不合理用药分析

目的：了解我院儿科住院病例不合理用药情况，促进安全、有效、经济地用药。方法：采用回顾性调查方法，随机抽查我院2009年至2012年儿科住院病历14880份，对病历医嘱用药进行合理性评价，统计分析不合理用药类型及例数。结果：在14880份出院病历中，不合理用药例数达1260例，以围手术期抗菌药物使用的不合理病历所占比例最大，达47．0％。术前用药时间不合理和术后用药时间过长是造成围手术期抗菌药物不合理用药的主要原因。2009年至2012年出院病历不合理用药率及围手术期抗菌药物不合理总用药率分别为8．5％、12．3％。结论：我院不合理用药现象主要体现为抗菌药物不合理应用，尤其是围手术期抗菌药物使用不合理现象突出。

Analysis of 1260 Irrational Drug Use in Pediatric Hospitalized Medical Records

Objective： To investigate irrational drug use in pediatric inpatients, and to improve salty, effective and economical drug treatment. Methods： Totally 14,880 hospitalized medical records cases selected randomly from 2009 to 2012 were analyzed by retrospective study. Rationality of treatment was evaluated. Results： The number of irrational cases was 1,260. The irrational perioperative use of antibiotics accounted for the largest proportion, which was 47.0%. Irrational administration time before operation and over-protracted medication after operation were the main reasons. The total irrational rates of drug use and antibiotics application during perioperative period were 8.5% and 12.3% respectively in the four years. Conclusions： Irrational use of antibiotics is the major problem in our hospital. The irrational perioperative use of antibiotics is serious.
