非营养性吸吮对早产儿营养及喂养耐受性的影响

目的：探讨非营养性吸吮对早产儿营养以及喂养耐受性的影响。方法：选取我院出生的90例早产儿，随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组给予保温、早产儿配方奶粉以及静脉营养等常规治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上增加非营养吸吮，观察两组早产儿营养以及喂养不耐受情况。结果：观察组恢复出生体质量时间为（7．9±．8）d，肠道营养达到418．4kJ／（kg·d）的时间为（11．6±．2）d，明显短于对照组的（12．2±．9）d和（14．8±．8）d（P均〈0．05）；观察组喂养不耐受发生率（13．33％）低于对照组（31．11％）（P〈0．05）；gL察组摄入奶量明显多于对照组，且残奶量、呕吐和腹胀消失时间均明显短于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：非营养性吸吮可有效改善早产儿的营养以及喂养不耐受情况。

Effect of Non-Nutritive Sucking for Nutrition and Feeding Tolerance in Premature Infants

Objective： To explore the effect of non-nutritive sucking for premature infants＇ nutrition and feeding tolerance. Methods： Ninety premature infants were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. The two groups were given conventional treatment, orogastric tube feedings and intravenous nutrition. The observation group received non-nutritive sucking additionally. The nutrition and incidence of feeding intolerance of the two groups were compared. Results： In the observation group, the time of recovery to birth weight （7.9±3.8） d ] and the time to reach 418.4 kJ/（ kg ± d） by enteral feeding （ 11.6±5.2 ） d ] were significantly shorter than those in the control group （ 12.2 ±4.9 ） d and （ 14.8 ±5.8 ） d ] （ P〈0.05 ）, and the incidence of feeding intolerance rate （13.33 % ） was significantly lower than that in the control group （31.11% ） （P〈0.05）. The intake of milk in the observation group was more than that in the control group, and the disappearance time of residual amount of milk, vomiting and abdominal distension were significantly less than those in the control group. Conclusions： On the basis of conventional treatment, non-nutritive sucking can significantly improve the nutrition conditions of premature children and feeding intolerance.
