多索茶碱联合布地奈德雾化吸人治疗毛细支气管炎疗效观察

目的：探讨多索茶碱联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法：将120例毛细支气管炎患儿按随机数表法分为治疗组和对照组各60例，两组均给予综合治疗，对照组同时给予布地奈德每次0．5mg加生理盐水至2mL用空气压缩泵雾化吸入，每次5～10min，每天2次，治疗组在对照组基础上给予多索茶碱每次4～5mg／kg静脉滴注，每天1次，两组疗程均为3～5d。结果：治疗组患儿在喘憋消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间、肺部哆音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间及住院时间方面与对照组比较明显缩短（P〈0．01）；治疗组总有效率96．67％，对照组总有效率85．00％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：多索茶碱联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎疗程短，疗效显著，使用安全。

Effect of Doxofyiline Combined with Budesonide Aerosol Inhalation for Bronchiolitis

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of doxofylline and budesonide aerosol inhalation for bronchiolitis. Methods： One hundred and twenty cases of bronchiolitis were divided into a treatment group （n = 60） and a control group （n = 60） with a random number table method. On the basis of the comprehensive treatment of the two groups, the control group was given budesonide 0. 5 mg with normal saline 2 mL inhalation by air compression pump, 5 - 10 min per time, twice a day. The treatment group was given doxofylline 4 -5 mg per kg intravenous infusion, once a day. The course of the two groups was 3 to 5 days. Results： The duration of asthma relieving, wheezing, pulmonary tales and cough, and the length of hospital days of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group （P〈0.01）. The total effective rate in the treatment group （96.67 % ）was significantly higher than that in the control group （85.00%）. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The therapy of doxofylline combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation for bronchiolitis is safe and effective.
