儿童细菌性脑膜炎1例的药学监护实践

目的：为规范儿童细菌性脑膜炎治疗中药物的选用提供参考。方法：通过1例儿童细菌性脑膜炎药学监护实践,对儿童细菌性脑膜炎药物治疗中的监护细节包括甘露醇临床药学监护要点、脑膜炎抗感染治疗、万古霉素的使用及血药浓度监测等进行总结。结果：药师通过儿童细菌性脑膜炎的药学监护实践,帮助临床调整用药方案,改变临床用药习惯。结论：用最新医学研究证据推动临床用药更合理、更规范的过程充满挑战,是临床师在实践中值得不断探索的方向。

One Case Report of Pharmaceutical Care for Children with Bacterial Meningitis

Objective： To provide a reference for the selection of drugs in the management of pediatric bacterial meningitis. Methods： Describe a process of pharmaceutical care for a child with bacterial meningitis, which including details of clinical pharmacy care with mannitol, anti-infection treatment for meningitis, vaneomycin usage, as well as therapeutic drug monitoring. Results： Through pharmaceutical care practice, the regimen has been adjusted and some drug therapy habits had been improved. Conclusions： Using the latest medical research evidence to promote a more rational drug therapy is a challenging process, which is worth every pharmacist＇ s effect in practice.
