消旋卡多曲联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效观察

目的：观察消旋卡多曲联合葡萄糖酸锌口服液治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒腹泻的临床疗效。方法：选取我院门诊收治的轮状病毒感染的急性腹泻患儿108例,随机分为三组各36例。对照组（A组）给予常规对症治疗;消旋卡多曲组（B组）在常规对症治疗基础上给予消旋卡多曲;联合治疗组（C组）除给予消旋卡多曲外,再补充葡萄糖酸锌口服液。观察各组患儿腹泻症状改善时间、病毒转阴时间及临床疗效。结果：B组和C组患儿呕吐停止时间、大便性状恢复正常时间和大便次数恢复正常时间、病毒转阴时间均短于A组（P〈0.05）,且B组和C组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;三组患儿治疗后第3天、第5天、第7天病毒转阴率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;A组、B组和C组治疗有效率分别为77.8%、91.7%、100%,三组比较差异均有统计学意义（χ^2=1.33,P〈0.01）。结论：同常规对症治疗相比,消旋卡多曲联合葡萄糖酸锌口服液治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒腹泻,能明显改善症状,缩短腹泻总病程。

Clinical Observation of Racecadotril Granules Combined with Zinc Gluconate in Treating on Infants with Rotavirus Diarrhea

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of racecadotril granules combined with zinc gluconate in treating on infants with rotavirus diarrhea. Methods： The study was conducted in 108 children. They were divided into group A（n = 36,treated with general routine therapy） and group B（n = 36,received racecadotril granules）,and group C（n = 36,treated with racecadotril granules and zinc gluconate oral liquid）. Characteristics of clinical symptoms were observed. Results： The time of anti-diarrhea,vomiting eased,to resume normal stool consistency and frequency of group B and C were shorter than those of group A（ P〈0. 05）. The differences between group B and group C were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. The total effective rates of group B and group C was higher than that of group A（91. 7%,100%,77. 8%,P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Compared with conventional treatment,racecadotril granules combined with zinc gluconate oral liquid could reduce diarrhea time and the total duration.
