CD44表达与乳腺癌侵袭转移相关性的研究

目的：研究乳腺癌组织中粘附分子CD44的表达及其对肿瘤发生，发展和转移的影响。方法：应用免疫组织化学方法，检测30例乳腺癌和10例乳腺良性肿瘤组织中CD445、CD44V3及CD44V6表达情况。结果：CD445、CD44V3表达在乳腺癌和良性乳腺肿瘤组织中无显著差异，CD44V6表达在乳腺癌组织明显高于良性组织；CD44V6表达与临床分期相关，与病理类型无关，有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组织中，CD44V6表达明显高于无淋巴结转移者。结论：CD44（尤其是CD44V6）的异常表达与乳腺癌的发生发展，浸润转移密切相关；对评价乳腺癌恶性程度，预测淋巴结转移和判断预后有一定的参考价值。

STUDY ON THE CORRELATION BETWEEN EXPRESSION OF CD_(44) AND INVASION AND METASTASIS OF BREAST CANCER

Objective:To evaluate the expression of CD 44 in breast cancer and its role in the estimation of tumor invasion metastasis.Methods:The expression of CD 44S ,CD 44V3 and CD 44V6 proteins were detected by immunohistochemistry in 30 breast cancer specimens and 10 benign breast tumor tissues.Results:(1)The expression of CD 44V6 in breast cancer was significantly higher than that in benign breast tumor.(2)CD 44V6 exprssion was correlated with different tumor stages,but not to histological types.(3)CD 44V6 expression showed higher frequency in metastasis group,compared to those with non metastasis.Conclusion:The expression of CD 44V6 is closely related with breast cancer progression,invasion and metastasis,and the determination of CD 44V6 could be useful in assessing malignant degree and lymphnode metastasis and in predicting prognosis of breast cancer.
