剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤切除术疗效观察

目的观察剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤切除术的临床疗效。方法选取在剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤切除术的产妇40例(观察组),就临床资料与同期行单纯剖宫产术的产妇40例(对照组)进行对比观察。观察并记录2组手术时间、术中出血量、体温、术后肛门首次排气时间、术后恶露干净天数、住院时间。结果观察组手术时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但术中出血量、体温、首次排气时间、恶露干净天数、住院天数比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤切除术,术者需掌握娴熟的操作技巧,把握手术适应证,可降低术后感染及出血发生率,避免或减少二次手术,具有一定的安全性和有效性,显著改善了患者生存质量。

Clinical observation of cesarean section and myomectomy operated at the same time

Objective To investigate the clinical feature of scesarean section and myomectomy operated at the same time. Methods Selected d0 cases pregnant women with cesarean section and myomectomy operated at the same time were set as study group,40 cases of pregnant women with simply cesarean section were set as control group. Compared the operative time,intraoperative blood loss, body temperature, postoperative flatus time, postoperative the lochia clean days and length of hospital stay of two groups. Results The operative time of study group was longer than control group, the difference was statis- tically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The intraoperative blood loss, body temperature, postoperative flatus time, postoperative the lochia clean days and length of hospital stay of two groups was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Cesarean section and myomectomy operated at the same time need to master the operating skills, and grasp the indications for surgery, can reduce postoperative infection and the incidence of bleeding, reduce secondary surgery, has the safety and effectiveness, improve pa- tients＇ quality of life.
