阿昔洛韦联合溶菌酶治疗小儿手足口病的疗效观察

目的观察阿昔洛韦联合溶菌酶治疗小儿手足口病的疗效。方法选取2010年2月—2012年2月在我院接受治疗的手足口病患儿238例,随机分观察组和对照组,均按常规给予相同对症治疗,给予阿昔洛韦10mg/kg静脉滴注,1次/d;观察组加用溶菌酶肠溶片1～2mg/kg口服,3次/d,观察两组疗效和症状恢复时间。结果观察组治疗有效率为94.35%,明显高于对照组的72.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时观察组皮疹消退时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论溶菌酶治疗小儿手足口病效果显著,症状恢复时间短,减少了患儿不适,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Efficacy of the Acyclovir with Lysozyme in Treatment of Children with Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Aeyclovir with lysezyme in treatment of children with hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods 238 children with hand, foot and mouth disease from February 2010 to February 2012 in our hospita were randomly divided into observation group and control group. They were given the same treatment with Acyclovir 10mg/kg in. qd, while the observation group were added with lysozyme 1 -2mg/kg p. o. tid, to observe the therapeutic effect and recovery of time symptoms in two groups. Results The observation group treatment effective rate of 94. 35% was significant- ly higher than that of 72. 81% in control group （P 〈0. 05）, while the rash subsided time in the observation group were signifi- cantly lower than that in control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The Acyclovir with lysozyme have good effect in treatment of children with hand, foot and mouth disease, and the recovery time of symptoms is shorter, which is worthy of clinical applica- tion.
