护理安全干预机制在手术室安全管理中的应用

目的探讨护理安全干预机制在手术室安全管理中的应用。方法搭建安全护理干预组织机构,强化各项规章制度、流程等在护理实践中的应用,严格执行信息反馈,建立特殊事件或重大意外实践的预警机制并制定应对方案,加强程序监督以及全面提升护理人员的业务素质。结果手术室安全事件降低,各项制度流程更趋规范化程序化,护理人员的业务素质、服务态度和法律意识较实施前显著增强,患者满意度有了显著改善。结论护理安全干预机制通过安全评估、干预方案实践和事后安全监督等几个主要环节控制能显著提升手术室护理安全管理水平。

Application of nursing safety interventions in the operation room safety management

Objective To study the application of nursing safety intervention in the operation room safety manage- ment. Methods Built safety nursing organization. Aggrandized application of each regulations system,flow and so on in nurs- ing practice. Implemented information feedback strictly. Established warning mechanism and emergency plan of special events or major accident, strengthened supervision and enhanced the professional quality of nurses. Results Security events was re- duced in operation room, the system processed more standardized. The professional quality, service attitude and awareness of the law of nurses were implemented, satisfaction of the patients had significant improvement. Conclusion Through the safety as- sessment,intervention programs and safety supervision and other key links, safety intervention mechanism can significantly im- prove operation room nursing safety management level.
