术前访视在经皮肾镜碎石取石术中的应用观察

目的探讨术前访视在经皮肾镜碎石取石术中的临床应用效果。方法将80例行经皮肾镜碎石取石术手术患者随机分为试验组和对照组各40例。对照组给予常规术前健康宣教,对试验组给予术前访视,针对患者心理问题实施个体化心理护理。比较2组患者血压、心率、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及患者满意度。结果试验组麻醉前、术后3d收缩压、心率及SAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者满意度为95%高于对照组的80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前访视可明显缓解经皮肾镜碎石取石术患者围术期焦虑情绪,提高患者满意度,有助于保持患者血压、心率稳定。

Observation of preoperative interview in the percutaneous nephrolithotomy

Objective To explore the clinical effect of preoperative interview in percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Meth- ods 80 cases patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each of 40 cases. Control group received routine preoperative health education. Experimental group received preoperative visits and individual psychological nursing to patients＇ psychological problems. Compared the blood pressure, heart rate, self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） score and patient satisfaction of two groups. Results The systolic blood pressure, heart rate and SAS score of experimental group were lower than control group before anesthesia and postoperative 3 days ;Patients satisfaction of experi- mental group （95 % ） was higher than control group（ 80% ）, the difference were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Preoperative visit apparently remiss anxiety for perioperative patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy, increase satisfac- tionafter operation, keep their blood pressure and heart rate.
