血清CEA、CA125、CA199水平与肺癌病理类型及临床分期的相关性分析

摘    要:
目的通过检测血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、癌抗原125(CA125)、癌抗原199(CA199)水平,探索其与肺癌病理类型及临床分期之间的相关性。方法采用多种肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统测定126例肺癌患者的血清CEA、CA125、CA199水平,分析其与病理类型、临床分期之间的关系。结果肺腺癌患者的血清CEA和CA125水平明显高于肺鳞癌;Ⅲ、Ⅳ期肺癌患者血清CEA、CA125、CA199水平明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05和P<0.01)。但肺腺癌与肺鳞癌患者血清CA199水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论测定血清CEA、CA125、CA199水平可为判断肺癌病理类型及临床分期提供依据。

An Analysis of the Correlation between the level of serum CEA,CA125,CA199 and pathology type and clinical stage in lung cancer

Abstract:
Objective To explore the correlation between the level of serum CEA,CA125,CA199 and pathology type and clinical stage in lung cancer by checking the level of serum CEA,CA125,CA199.Methods Determined the level of serum CEA,CA125,CA199 of 126 cases of lung cancer patients with a variety of tumor marker protein chip detection system,and analysis the Correlation between the level of serum CEA,CA125,CA199 and pathology type and clinical stage in lung cancer.Results The level of serum CEA,CA125 of adenocarcinoma of lung was higher than that of squamous cell carcinoma of lung;the level of serum CEA,CA125,CA199 of lung cancer patients in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ was higher than that of the lung cancer patients in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05 and P〈0.01).But there was no significant differences of the level of serum CA199 between adenocarcinoma of lung and squamous cell carcinoma of lung(P〈0.05).Conclusion Checking the level of serum CEA,CA125,CA199 can provide the basis for the diagnosis of pathology type and clinical stage of lung cancer.
