| 摘 要： | 目的了解该院中药注射剂不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及一般规律。方法对该院2010年收集的64例中药注射剂ADR报告,采用Excel电子表格和手工筛查的方式,按照患者的性别、年龄、药品品种、ADR累积器官及临床表现等进行统计、分析。结果 64例ADR报告中,女性(37例)高于男性(27例);涉及药品22个品种,ADR主要表现皮肤及其附件损害(35.94%)和全身性损害(21.88%)、消化系统损害(18.75%)等。结论临床使用中药注射剂,要加强其不良反应监测,提高该类药品的使用安全。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the characteristics and regularity of the adverse drug reacti0ns（ADR） occurred in our hospital. Methods A total of 64 ADR cases reported in 2010 in our hospital, by means of excel table and manual selec- tion, were analyzed statistically in respect of gender, age, category of drug, organs and clinical manifestation. Results 22 kinds of drugs were involved in the 64 ADR reports ,37cases were women beyond 27 cases of men. ADR mainly damaged to the skin and its annexes（35.94% ） ,systemic damage（21.88% ） ,digestive system damage（ 18.75% ）. Conclusion Great importante should be attached to the ADR monitoring to reduce ADR and＇ increase the security of the drugs. |
