临床护理干预在阑尾炎手术患者中的应用效果观察

目的探讨阑尾炎手术围术期临床护理干预的应用效果。方法将阑尾炎手术患者90例随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上行针对性整体护理干预。观察2组肛门排气恢复时间、下床活动时间、住院时间、护理满意度及并发症发生率。结果观察组肛门恢复排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,护理满意度优于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在阑尾炎手术围术期行整体护理干预,可明显降低并发症发生率,促进术后康复,明显改善患者生存质量。

Effect observation of the clinical nursing intervention in patient with appendicitis operation

Objective To explore the effect of the clinical nursing intervention in patient with appendicitis operation. Methods 90 cases patients with appendicitis operation were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 45 cases. Control group was given with the routine nursing care. On the basis of the routine nursing care, observation group was given with whole nursing intervention. Compared the anal exhaust recovery time, time of ambulation, nursing satisfaction andduration of hospitalization of two groups. Results The anal exhaust recovery time, time of ambulation, duration of hospitali- zation of observation group were shorter than control group, nursing satisfaction were superior to control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The whole nursing intervention,in the operation of appendicitis periop- erative, can significantly reduce the incidence of complications, facilitate postoperative rehabilitation, so that the survival quality of the patients improved significantly.
