蟾酥注射液对肺癌术后抗感染的效果观察

目的观察蟾酥注射液对肺癌手术后抗感染的疗效。方法选取94例肺癌手术的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，其中对照组46例、治疗组48例。所有入选患者术后均给予相同的基础治疗，治疗组于术后当天加用蟾酥注射液，对1周内2组疗效及术后住院时间进行比较。结果经治疗后，治疗组的发热及肺部感染发生率均低于对照组（P<0.05），术后4、7 d白细胞计数及C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组（P<0.05），术后住院时间也低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论蟾酥注射液对肺癌术后抗感染效果明显，值得临床推广。

The observation of anti infection effects of Chansu injection for postoperative lung cancer patients

ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of Chansu injection on anti infection after lung cancer surgery. MethodsNinety four cases of lung cancer surgery were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, the control group of 46 cases, the treatment group of 48 cases. All the selected patients were given the same basic treatment plan, the treatment group on the basis of the control group on postoperative day with Chansu injection, to compare the curative effect and postoperative hospitalization time within one week of the two groups of patients. ResultsAfter treatment, the incidence of fever and pulmonary infection in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The 4th day and the 7th day white blood cell count and C reactive protein index after treatment were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The postoperative hospitalization time was lower than control group (P<0.05). ConclusionChansu injection has obvious effect on anti infection after operation of lung cancer and need for further clinical research.
