摘    要:目的]考察超微粉碎技术对西洋参中人参皂苷成分溶出的影响,为西洋参的开发和应用提供实验依据。方法]采用恒温水浴磁力搅拌方式进行体外溶出实验,超高液相色谱法(UPLC)测定西洋参超微粉和粗粉中人参皂苷Re、Rb1的含量,计算累积溶出度,绘制溶出曲线,比较两者中人参皂苷的溶出速率。结果]西洋参超微粉中人参皂苷Rb1的累积溶出度高于粗粉,差异有统计学意义(P0.01),人参皂苷Re的累积溶出度,超微粉与粗粉比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05),西洋参中人参皂苷Rg1含量过低,未做溶出考察。结论]超微粉碎可以促进西洋参中人参皂苷Rb1的溶出,对人参皂苷Re的溶出无影响。

Abstract:Objective] To investigate the effect of ultrafine comminution on ginsenoside dissolution rate in Panax quinquefolium L.Methods] Vitro dissolution tests were performed, in which homoiothermal water was stirred magnetically and UPLC was used to detect the content of ginsenoside Rb1, Re in ultrafine powder and coarse of Panax quinquefolium L. By calculating cumulative dissolution and making the curves of dissolution rate, the comparison of dissolving rates of powder in ultrafine and coarse was achieved.Results] The cumulative dissolution of ginsenoside Rb1 in ultrafine powder was higher than in coarse powder. Significant difference (P<0.01) was found between that in ultrafine powder and coarse, while the dissolution rates of ginsenoside Re had no significant different in ultrafine powder and coarse powder. The dissolution rate of ginsenoside Rg1 was not investigated as it''s content was too low.Conclusion] Ultrafine pulverization technology can increase the dissolution rate of ginsenoside Rb1. However, it has no effect on the dissolution rate of ginsenosides Re.
