柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合心理干预治疗肿瘤后抑郁的随机对照研究

目的]观察柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合心理干预治疗肿瘤后抑郁的临床疗效。方法]采用简单数字表随机方法将符合纳入标准的102例肿瘤后抑郁患者随机分为治疗组51例和对照组51例。治疗组给予口服柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗,每日3次,每次100 m L。同时给予心理干预。对照组给予口服草酸艾司西酞普兰片,每日早上1次。连续治疗6周,6周后统计两组患者的临床疗效及药物的不良反应,比较汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)积分、生活质量的变化。结果]治疗后两组患者HAMD积分比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组总有效率为88.24%,对照组总有效率70.59%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患者治疗后生活质量的比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),药物不良反应的发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论]柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合心理干预治疗肿瘤后抑郁优于对照组,无明显不良反应,能明显改善肿瘤后抑郁患者的抑郁状态,提高其生活质量。

Results: there was significant difference(P<0.05) comparing the treatment group 2 patients with HAMD scores compared with significant difference (P<0.05); in the treatment group, the total effective rate of 88.24%, control group, the total efficiency of 70.59%, two groups total efficiency was statistically significant (P<0.05); quality of life after treatment in the two groups, the side effects of the drug occurred rate was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: it is better than the control group, no significant adverse reaction, can significantly improve the depressive state of the patients with post depression depression and improve their quality of life.
