类风湿性关节炎患者淋巴细胞CD45RO、CD45RA的表达及临床意义

目的检测类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者CD4 、CD8 细胞表达CD45RO和CD45RA亚群的变化并探讨其临床意义。方法采用双色流式细胞术(FCM)检测28名正常人外周血、43例RA患者外周血和15例关节液的CD4 、CD8 细胞CD45RO、CD45RA的表达。结果RA患者关节液CD4 、CD8 细胞表达CD45RO的百分比显著高于RA患者外周血和正常人外周血(P<0.01);RA患者外周血CD4 、CD8 细胞表达CD45RO的百分比显著高于正常人外周血(P<0.01)。活动期RA患者血液CD4 、CD8 细胞表达CD45RO的百分比显著高于非活动期RA患者(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论CD45RO 淋巴细胞是参与RA病理过程的主要淋巴细胞。

Detection of expression of CD45RO and CD45RA on the T lymphocytes in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and its clinical significance

Objective To detect the expression level of CD45RO and CD45RA on the CD4~ ,CD8~ lymphocytes in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA) and discuss its clinical significance. Methods The level of CD45RO and CD45RA on the CD4,CD8 lymphocytes was detected by two-color flow cytometry(FCM).43 peripheral blood samples of RA,15 synovial fluid samples of RA and 28 peripheral blood samples of normal control were assayed. Results The expression of CD45RO on the CD4~ ,CD8~ lymphocytes in the synovial fluid was significantly higher than that in the peripheral blood of RA and normal control(P<0.01).The expression of CD45RO on the CD4~ ,CD8~ lymphocytes in the peripheral blood of RA was significantly higher than that in the peripheral blood of normal control(P<0.01).The expression of CD45RO on the CD4~ ,CD8~ lymphocytes in the peripheral blood of active RA was significantly higher than that in the peripheral blood of inactive RA(P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusions CD45RO~ lymphocytes are the major cells which participate in the pathogenesis of RA.
