| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COFD)患者血清细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)和可溶性E-选择素(E-selectin)的检测及意义.方法 采用酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心(ELISA)法,检测60例COPD患者、52例急性加重期患者、52例缓解期患者和30例健康对照者血清ICAM-1和E-selectin水平.结果 COPD组、急性加重期患者血清ICAM-1和E-selectin水平明显高于对照组(P＜0.01);缓解期患者血清ICAM-1和E-electin水平明显低于急性加重期(P＜0.01);缓解期ICAM-1和E-electin水平高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 ICAM-1、E-selectin参与了COPD的发生、发展.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the detection and significance of serum ICAM-1 and E-selectin in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods Double antibody sandwich quantitative enzyme fined immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method was used to measure the serum levels of serum ICAM-I and E-selectin in 60 patients with COPD,52 exacerbated patients,52 stable patients and 30 normal control subjects.Results The levels of serum ICAM-1 and E-selectin in COPD group and exacerbated patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P＜0.01) ; these in stable patients were significantly lower than those of exacerbated patients (P＜0.01),and significantly higher than those exacerbated patients(P＜0.05).Conclusion ICAM-1 and E-selectin were involved in occurrance and development process of COPD. |
