曲安奈德在初学小切口白内障手术中的应用体会

目的：观察曲安奈德在初学小切口白内障手术中的作用。方法对45例（45眼）白内障患者行白内障囊外摘除+人工晶状体植入术，截囊前向前房内注入曲安奈德，娩核后观察：后囊完整的36例36眼行常规小切口白内障囊外摘除术+人工晶状体植入术；伴有后囊破裂并玻璃体脱入前房的9例9眼，在曲安奈德染色辅助下彻底清除前房内的玻璃体后行前段玻璃体切割术+人工晶状体植入术。术后观察角膜情况、前房内炎症反应、眼压变化、黄斑水肿情况、视力等。结果45例患者术后有9例角膜水肿，所有患者前房清亮，无炎症反应，无不可耐受的眼压升高，检眼镜下未见明显的黄斑水肿。结论初学小切口白内障手术中使用曲安奈德，可以提高手术的可视性和安全性，抑制术后炎症反应，减少近期及远期并发症，视力预后较好。

Application of Triamcinolone in small incision cataract surgery for beginner

ObjectiveTo investigate the triamcinolone in small incision cataract surgery for beginner.Methods 45 cases of 45 eyes cataract were treated with surgery cataract ECCE and IOL implantation. The capsulotomy the anterior chamber before injection of triamcinolone,after nucleus deliver observed:36 cases of posterior capsule intact 36 underwent conventional small incision extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation surgery;with posterior capsule rupture and vitreous body off into the anterior chamber of the 9 cases 9,triamcinolone staining assisted in the elimination of the anterior chamber of the vitreous underwent anterior vitrectomy and intraocular lens implantation. Postoperative corneal case,anterior chamber inflammation,intraocular pressure,macular edema,visual prognosis. Results45 cases of patients were 9 cases of corneal edema,anterior chamber clear all patients,no inflammation,no intraocular pressure intolerable,ophthalmoscope no significant macular edema.Conclusionbeginner small incision cataract surgery using triamcinolone,can improve surgical visibility and safety,suppress postoperative inflammation, reducing short and long-term complications,visual prognosis is good.
