先天性下睑倒睫分层缝合法的临床观察

目的：：对比观察先天性下睑倒睫分层缝合法与常规缝合法的临床疗效和患者满意度。方法：将2014-06/2015-01在我院就诊的69例138眼先天性下睑倒睫患者均接受皮肤轮匝肌切除术,按切口缝合法的不同分成两组(观察组35例70眼,对照组34例68眼),观察组分层缝合法,对照组行常规缝合法,两组患者均随访6mo,术后1wk,1、6mo对患者治疗效果及患者满意度进行评价,采用χ2检验及Fisher确切概率法进行统计学分析。结果：术后1wk,1、6mo观察组治疗有效率均为98.57％,外观满意度分别为68.12％、97.10％、98.55％；对照组治疗有效率均为98.53％,外观满意度分别为14.93％、56.72％、88.06％。两组治疗有效率术后1wk,1、6mo均无统计学差异(P>0.05),两组满意度在术后1wk,1、6mo均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。且观察组有效患者满意度在术后1 mo即达稳定,对照组有效患者满意度在术后随访中均有明显提高。结论：先天性下睑倒睫缝合法中,分层缝合术式在治愈倒睫的同时,能明显提高患者的早期满意度。

Clinical effect on layered suture for congenital lower eyelid trichiasis correction

AIM: To observe the cIinicaI efficay and patients’ satisfaction of Iayered suture and conventionaI suture contrastiveIy in Iower eyeIid trichiasis correction operation. METHODS: Sixty - nine patients ( 138 eyes ) with congenitaI Iower eyeIid trichiasis in our hospitaI from June 2014 to January 2015 were treated with skin -orbicuIaris resection. According to the different incision suture, 69 patients were divided into two groups, observation group ( 35 patients with 70 eyes ) and controI group (34 patients with 68 eyes). Patients in observation group accepted Iayered suture, those in controI group accepted conventionaI suture. The foIIow up Iasted for 6mo for aII patients. The efficacy and patients’ satisfaction for surgery were evaIuated at 1wk, 1 and 6mo postoperativeIy. We compare the changes between the groups byχ2 test and Fisher’s exact test. RESULTS:At 1wk,1 and 6mo postoperativeIy, the cure rate of observation group was 98. 57%, the rate of patients’ satisfaction were 68. 12%, 97. 10%, 98. 55%respectiveIy. The cure rate of controI group was 98. 53%, the rate of patients’ satisfaction were 14. 93%, 56. 72%, 88. 06%. Cure rates had no significant difference at 1wk, 1 and 6mo postoperativeIy between the two groups ( P>0. 05 ) . The rates of patients’ satisfaction had significant differences at 1wk, 1 and 6mo postoperativeIy (P<0. 05). Patients’ satisfaction of the observation group was stabIe at 1wk postoperativeIy, that of the controI group was improved obviousIy during the foIIow-ups. CONCLUSION:On the treatment for congenitaI Iower eyeIid trichiasis, Iayered suture not onIy cure trichiasis, but aIso significantIy improve the patients’ satisfaction at earIy state after surgeries.
