老年支气管哮喘急性发作患者的排痰护理体会

目的：总结老年支气管哮喘急性发作患者的排痰护理体会。方法选取我院2014年4月—2015年4月收治的89例老年支气管哮喘急性发作患者，随机分为观察组（n=45）与对照组（n=44）。对照组行常规护理，观察组实施强化排痰护理。结果观察组咳嗽、喘息、胸闷、肺部哮鸣音等临床症状与体征消失时间均明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组治疗前FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF比较无统计学差异（P>0.05），治疗后观察组各肺功能指标均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对老年支气管哮喘急性发作患者实施排痰护理具有重要的临床价值，值得推广。

The nursing experience of eliminating sputum in elderly patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of eliminating sputum in the elderly patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma. Methods 89 patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma admitted into the hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 were studied and randomly divided into the observation group (n=45)and the control group (n=44).The control group received routine nursing while the observation group received strengthened eliminating sputum nursing. Results In the observation group,the disappearence time of cough,wheezing,chest tightness, wheezingin lung and other clinical symptoms and signs was significantly shorter than that of the control group and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05). The comparison of FEV1、FEV1/FVC and PEF between the two groups before the treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05). After the treatment,the pulmonary function indexes of the observation group were larger than those of the control group and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing of eliminating sputum is of high value.
