埃索美拉唑联合黛力新治疗高原地区老年反流性食管炎伴焦虑抑郁情绪对照研究

目的：探讨埃索美拉唑联合黛力新治疗高原地区老年反流性食管炎伴焦虑抑郁情绪患者的临床效果。方法将120例高原地区老年反流性食管炎伴焦虑抑郁情绪患者按随机数字表法分为两组,每组60例,均口服埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片、枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗,观察组联合黛力新治疗,观察8周。治疗后依据临床症状及体征消失状况判定临床疗效,采用汉密顿焦虑量表、汉密顿抑郁量表评定焦虑抑郁状况,随时记录治疗过程中出现的不良反应。结果治疗8周末两组各量表评分均较治疗前有显著性下降(P <0.01),观察组较对照组下降更显著(P <0.01),观察组总有效率(86.7%)显著高于对照组(56.7%)(χ2=13.30,P <0.01)；两组不良反应均较轻微,发生率比较差异无显著性(P >0.05)。结论埃索美拉唑联合黛力新治疗高原地区老年反流性食管炎伴焦虑抑郁情绪患者疗效显著,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

A control study of esomeprazole plus deanxit in senile reflux esophagitis complicated with anxiety-depressive emotions in plateau area

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of esomeprazole plus deanx-it in senile reflux esophagitis (RE)complicated with anxiety-depressive emotions in plateau area.Methods A total of 120 senile RE patients complicated with anxiety-depressive emotions in plateau area were assigned to two groups of 60 ones each according to ran-dom number table,both groups took orally esomeprazole magnesium enteric coated tablets and mosapride citrate tablets,observation group was plus deanxit for 8 weeks.Efficacies were assessed according to the disappearance status of clinical symptoms and signs,depression conditions with the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD),and adverse reactions during treatment recorded at any time.Results At the end of the 8 th week treatment all scales scores of both groups lowered more significantly compared with pretreatment (P <0.01),so did those in observation than in control group (P <0.01),total effective rate was signifi-cantly higher in observation than in control group(86.7% vs.56.7%,χ2 =13.30,P <0.01);adverse re-actions of both groups were mild and their incidences had no significant group differences (P >0.05).Con-clusion Esomeprazole plus deanxit has an evident effect and higher safety in senile RE patients complicat-ed with anxiety-depressive emotions in plateau area and deserves clinical generalization and application.
