目标教学法在中医院校体格检查实践教学中的应用

目的：探讨目标教学法在中医院校体格检查实践教学中的应用效果。方法对相关专业的学生进行问卷调查，通过调查了解学生在体格检查学习中的情况，总结出在今后教学中需改进的问题及实现的目标，确定教学目标后进行教学，将学生分为试验组及对照组，教学结束后进行测试。结果对照组平均分为（67.78±10.8）分，试验组平均分为（79.94±4.87），2组比较有显著差异（P<0.05）。结论将目标教学法引入中医院校体格检查实践教学中，可根据学生的学习情况进行有针对性的教学，提高教学效果。

Application of target teaching in the teaching of physical examination in traditional medical college

Objective Study the application of target teaching in the teaching of physical examination in traditional medical college. Methods receive a questionnaire survey,We understand the situation of students in learning physical examination through the investigation,. and summed up the solution to the problems and the teaching goal.After these,we use the teaching goal in teaching,divide the students into experimental group and control group. When the teaching complete,we test the students. Results In the control group,the average score was 67.78 ± 10.8, the experimental group had an average of 79.94 ± 4.87,P≤0.05,there was significant difference. Conclusion The target teaching in physical examination teaching in college of traditional Chinese Medicine,may accord to the teaching characteristics of its own in order to improve the teaching effect.
