苏黄止咳胶囊辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效观察

目的：观察苏黄止咳胶囊辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）稳定期患者的临床疗效。方法选择我院门诊及住院的COPD稳定期患者100例，将其随机分为2组，每组50例。对照组单用舒利迭50μg/500μg（沙美特罗+丙酸氟替卡松）治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用苏黄止咳胶囊，疗程均为1个月，比较2组患者治疗前后的咳嗽症状评分、肺功能改善情况及血清促炎症细胞因子的变化。结果治疗1个月后，2组患者咳嗽症状评分均有显著改善（P<0.05），与对照组相比，观察组咳嗽症状评分降低更为明显（P<0.05）；2组患者肺功能均得到了明显改善，与对照组相比，观察组第一秒用力呼气容积（FEV1）升高更为明显（P<0.05）；2组患者治疗后血清促炎性细胞因子IL-6、IL-8水平均明显降低（P<0.05），且观察组较对照组降低更为明显（P<0.05）。结论苏黄止咳胶囊辅助治疗COPD稳定期患者有明显疗效，与舒利迭合用改善患者咳嗽症状、肺功能和非特异性气道炎症有协同效用。

Clinical observation of Shuhuang Zhike capsule in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of Suhuang zhike Capsule in the patients with the stable stage of chronic obstmctive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods One hundred cases of stable stage of COPD were selected and randomly divided into the obsenration group and the control group,50 cases for each group.The control group was given only Seretide inhalation (salmeterol 50μg/fnuticasone pmpionate 500μg).The observation group was added with Suhuang Zhike Capsule on the based of the control group. All cases were treated for 1 month.Cough symptom score,lung function changes,and the proinnammatory factor before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After 1 month treatment,cough symptom score in both groups was significantly decreased,but the reducion in the observation group was more significant (P<0.05)than in the control group;Lung function changes in both groups were improved,while FEV 1 in the observation group after treatment was more significant (P<0.05). The levels of the proinnammatory factor after treatment were significantly decreased (P<0.05),while the reducion in the obsenration group was more significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of Suhuang Zhike Capsule on the treatment of patients with the stable stage of COPD was obvious.When combined with Seretide,the synergic effect was determined in the improvement of cough symptom,pulmonary function and non-specific airway inflammation.
