东莞与上海刑事案件犯罪嫌疑人精神疾病司法鉴定对照研究

目的：探讨东莞与上海两地刑事案件犯罪嫌疑人精神疾病司法鉴定的差异性。方法收集东莞与上海2009年—2011年进行精神疾病司法鉴定的案例，对两组被鉴定者的性别、年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、职业、案件类型、精神障碍诊断及刑事责任能力评定结果进行回顾性分析。结果两组被鉴定者的性别构成无显著性差异，但年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、职业、案件类型、精神障碍诊断及刑事责任能力评定方面比较差异均有显著性(P <0.01)。结论东莞与上海两地精神疾病司法鉴定被鉴定者的社会统计资料存在一定的差异，在实际鉴定工作中要着重关注各地的危险人群，做到有的放矢。

A control study of Dongguan vs.Shanghai forensic psychiatric assessment in criminal suspects

Objective To explore the differences between Dongguan and Shanghai forensic psychiatric assessment in criminal suspects.Methods Forensic psychiatric assessment cases were collected from 2009 to 201 1 in Dongguan and Shanghai,retrospective analyses carried out on their genders, ages,educational levels,marital status,occupations,cases’types,psychiatric diagnoses and evaluation results of criminal responsibility.Results Sex structures had no significant group difference,but there were significant group differences in ages,educational levels,marital status,occupations,cases’types, psychiatric diagnoses and evaluation results of criminal responsibility (P <0.01).Conclusion There are certain differences in social statistics information between Dongguan and Shanghai forensic psychiatric as-sessment in criminal suspects,attentions should be paid to risk populations in practice,and judicial identi-fication have an objective in view.
