龙岩市市售婴幼儿配方奶粉中阪崎肠杆菌污染调查

目的 了解龙岩市市售婴幼儿配方奶粉中阪崎肠杆菌的污染状况.方法 按国家标准方法对龙岩市市售的107份婴幼儿配方奶粉进行阪崎肠杆菌的分离鉴定及定量分析.结果 检出6株阪崎肠杆菌,检出率为5.61%.阳性样品MPN值介于0.3~0.96(MPN/100 g).结论 龙岩市市售婴幼儿配方奶粉存在阪崎肠杆菌污染,有对婴幼儿健康产生危害的风险.

Survey on contamination by Enterobacter sakazakii infant formula milk powder in Longyan marker

Objective To investigate the Enterobacter sukiyaki contamination state of the infant formula milk powder in Longyan marker.Methods According to the nation standard method for isolate identification and counting of Enterobacter sukiyaki were performed on 107 samples of infant formula milk powder.Results Six isolates were identified as Enterobacter sukiyaki with the detection rate of 5.61%.MPN of the positive samples was between 0.3-0.96(MPN/100g).Conclusion There exists contamination by Enterobacter sakazakii in infant formula milk powder,the potential risk of infant food security should be due attention.
