临床护理路径在 PICC 患者护理中的应用

目的：探讨临床护理路径在经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管患者护理中的应用效果。方法将174例接受经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管置管的患者采用随机数字表法分为两组，研究组采用临床护理路径进行护理，对照组给予常规护理，观察6周。比较两组并发病发生率、一次性穿刺成功率、导管留置时间及患者对疾病知识的知晓率。结果研究组患者并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.01)，一次性穿刺成功率显著高于对照组(P <0.01)，导管留置时间显著长于对照组(P <0.01)。干预后两组患者知识问卷评分均显著高于干预前(P <0.01)，研究组评分显著高于对照组(P <0.01)。结论采用临床护理路径能有效预防并控制置管期间的相关并发症，提高一次性穿刺成功率，延长导管留置时间，帮助患者掌握疾病相关知识。

The application of clinical nursing path in patients undergoing PICC

Objective To explore the application results of clinical nursing path (CNP)in patients under-going peripherally inserted central venous catheters (PICC).Methods A total of 174 patients undergoing PICC were assigned to two groups according to random number table,research group received CNP nurs-ing and control group did routine nursing for 6 weeks.Intergroup complication incidence,disposable punc-ture success rate,indwelling time and awanenss rate of disease were compared Results The incidence of complication was significantly lower (P <0.01),disposable puncture success rate (P <0.01)and indwell-ing time longer (P <0.01)in research than in control group.After intervention knowledge questionnaire scores of both groups were significantly higher compared pre-intervention (P <0.01 ),so was that in re-search than in control group (P < 0.01 ).Conclusion CNP could effectively prevent the occurrence of complications during PICC,boost disposable puncture success rate,prolong indwelling time,and help pa-tients master knowledge about diseases.
