口腔溃疡动物实验模型的建立

目的为评价局部用药效果建立动物实验性口腔溃疡模型。方法利用40％冰醋酸烧灼兔上唇60秒，观察48小时形成溃疡，切取标本分别采用肉眼、光镜、扫描和透射电镜观察鉴定。结果溃疡病理特点与人类复发性口腔溃疡基本相似。结论成功制备了动物口腔溃疡模型。

Establishment of animal model of oral ulcer

Objective To establish an animal model of oral ulcer for further investigation of treatment effects with topical application of medicine. Methods Eight New Zealand rabbits were used in this study. The upper lip of each rabbit was burned with 40% glacial acetic acid for 60 seconds, Ulcer was created after 48 hours. The ulcers were observed by naked eyes, optical microscope, transmission electron microscope and scanning electron microscope. Results The pathology of the established oral ulcer was the same as the human oral ulcer. Conclusion The animal model of oral ulcer was successfully established.
