| 摘 要： | 目的研究应用膳食纤维对脑弥漫性轴索损伤大鼠肠屏障的影响。方法Wistar大鼠80只，采用Marmarou方法致大鼠脑弥漫性轴索损伤，随机分为治疗组和对照组，分别在致伤复苏后24、48、72h处死动物，取门静脉血测血浆微量内毒素的变化，取小肠回盲部观察细胞凋亡变化。结果致伤复苏后对照组内毒素值明显高于治疗组，小肠粘膜细胞凋亡指数增加。结论添加膳食纤维作为肠内营养对脑弥漫性轴索损伤大鼠肠屏障有保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of dietary fiber on intestinal barrier in a rat model of diffuse axonal injury.
