摘    要:以频率36GHz,波长8.3mm的毫米波照射BALB/c小鼠背部,15min/d,连续5d,照后1,3,5,7d,用RIA检测血浆、肝和脾中cAMP及cGMP含量,结果表明:照后3,5,7d血浆中cAMP和cGMP含量明显升高(P<0.01);照后7d肝中cAMP水平升高,cGMP含量减少;而脾中cAMP无明显变化,cGMP含量升高。

Abstract:In this paper the effects of 36 GHz millimeter wave irradiation on the contents of cAMP and cGMP in the plasma, liver and spleen in mice were studied. The results showed that the levels of cAMP and cGMP in the plasma became significantly higher 3 to 7 days after exposure; the cAMP level was higher and the cGMP level was lower in the liver at the seventh day after exposure; the content of cAMP in the spleen did not change significantly, but that of cGMP was markedly higher.
