| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨SIL -2R与原发性肝癌的关系。方法 采用ELISA对 3 0例原发性肝癌 ,2 0例肝血管瘤 ,2 0例正常人进行测定。检测SIL -2R与原发性肝癌的预后关系。结果 原发性肝癌组明显高于肝血管瘤组和正常组 (P值分别小于 0 0 5和 0 0 1)。结论 SIL -2R对原发性肝癌的诊断、预后有参考价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To work out the relationship between SIL-2R and malignant liver cancer.Methods SIL-2R was determined by the ELISA method in 30 patients with liver cancer,20 patients with benign liver tumor and 20 normal controls.The relationship between the prognosis of liver cancer and the corresponding SIL-2R value was worked up.Results SIL-2R in patients with liver cancer was higher than that in the other two groups ( P<0 05,P <0 01 respectively),and the higher the SIL-2R value,the worse the prognosis of the liver cancer.Conclusion SIL-2R can be considered as a valuable factor in making a diagnosis and prognosis of liver cancer in patients. |
