摘    要:开展临床路径要"始于教育,终于教育".结合医院实际,较为详细地阐述了在实施临床路径过程中开展教育培训的目的、意义和内容.提出医院要针对院领导层、科室管理者、医务人员、职能科室人员、患者及其家属等不同对象展开分层次教育.同时提出在临床路径实施的不同阶段,教育培训的重点人群和内容也要有所不同.

Abstract:The development of clinical pathways must "start and end up with education" as put by the authors. The article discussed the objectives, significance and contents, as well as approaches in the education of clinical pathways. It recommended a tiered education for hospital leaders, medical care workers, office staff, patients and their family members, and different target groups and contents in the education for clinical pathways application.
