开展临床路径要"始于教育,终于教育".结合医院实际,较为详细地阐述了在实施临床路径过程中开展教育培训的目的、意义和内容.提出医院要针对院领导层、科室管理者、医务人员、职能科室人员、患者及其家属等不同对象展开分层次教育.同时提出在临床路径实施的不同阶段,教育培训的重点人群和内容也要有所不同.
