322例锁骨上淋巴结内转移癌的分析

对已明确原发癌部位的３２２例锁骨上淋巴结内转移癌的病理组织学等因素与原发癌部位之间的关系进行分析，结果表明：①左侧主要来自胃、鼻咽、肺、肝和食道。②右侧主要来自肺、鼻咽、胃。③对于一般腺癌应先考虑胃、肺。④对于鳞癌应先考虑鼻咽、肺、食道。⑤对于具特殊组织学特点的甲状腺癌、肝细胞癌可根据转移癌推测原发部位。

Analysis of metastatic carcinoma in supraclavicular lymph nodes:

he sites of primary carcinoma in 322 patients with metastatic carcinoma in supraclavicular lymph nodes had been identified; the relationship of the histopathology of the metastatic carcinoma and their primary carcinoma sites were analyzed here. Results showed the carcinoma in the left side mainly came from the stomach, the nasopharynx, firstly, the lung, the liver and the esophagus; secondly, the right side came from the lung, nasopharynx and stomach; thirdly, the stomach and the lung should be considered first; the fourth, as for the saute carcinoma, nasopharynx, lung and esophagus should be considered first. Lastly, to the thyroid and liver cancer with special histology character, their primary sites should be identified according to the metastatic carcinoma.
