天津市某社区常规体检0～6岁儿童贫血患病情况

目的了解社区婴幼儿贫血的患病情况，探讨其病因，从而实施相应的防治措施，为儿童保健工作提供依据。方法2005年在天津市红桥区芥园医院儿保门诊进行常规体检的儿童为普查对象。用氰化高铁法测定幼儿的血红蛋白含量，并进行贫血诊断分析。结果0～6岁儿童贫血患病率为41．8％，以3岁以内儿童为主；男女幼儿贫血患病率相比，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；母乳喂养儿贫血患病率为28．3％，人工喂养儿贫血患病率为65．5％，二者差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论该社区儿童贫血患病率与全国水平一致，其中以0～3岁偏高，添加辅食不及时，未实施母乳喂养为主要原因。应通过大力宣教喂养方式，改变膳食结构，提高儿童免疫力，有效地预防贫血的发生。

Anemia Diseases Situation of Children Aged 0～6 Years in Routine Medical Physical Examination in A Community of Tianjin

Objective] To understand the prevalence of anemia, and discuss the etiology so as to implement the corresponding control measures, and provide evidence for child health care. Methods ] Children receiving routine medical examination in child health clinic in Jieyuan Hspital in 2005 were targeted for the census. High iron cyanide determination was used to determine Children hemoglobin content that was conducted analysis of anemia diagnosis. Results] Prevalence rate of anemia among children aged 0 - 6 years was 41.8% most of which are children under 3 years old. The difference between genders was not significant （ P 〉0.05 ）. Prevalence rate of anemia among breast milk feeding children was 28.3%, that among artificial feeding children was 65.5%, the difference was significant （ P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion] Prevalence rate in this community was in line with the national level, with higher rate of children aged 0 - 3 years, the main reason was no timely food supplement and no breast feeding. To effectively prevent the occurrence of anemia, diet structure should be changed and childreng immunity should be improved by vigorously publicizing of feeding patterns.
