| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察并比较四季三黄胶囊与四季三黄丸的药效学作用。方法 :抗炎试验、解热试验及小肠推进试验。结果 :四季三黄胶囊能明显抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀及角叉菜胶所致的大鼠踝关节肿胀 ;能显著抑制鲜酵母所致的大鼠体温上升 ,能明显加快小鼠的肠蠕动。结论 :四季三黄胶囊可代替相同组方的四季三黄丸

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To investigate and compare the pharmacodynamics between Siji shanhuang capsules and Siji shanhuang pills.METHODS: In vivo and in vitro anti inflammatory test, antipyretic test, and tests of driving rat small intestine. RESULTS: Siji shanhuang capsules can inhibit obviously the auriculate tumefaction induced by xylol and the food swelling induced by carrageenin in mice and rats, and it also decreases body temperature markedly in mice induced by the freash yeast, and can strengthen driving small intestine of mice. CONCLUSION: To replace pills by capsules of Siji shanhuang is feasible. |
