| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨硫酸镁治疗小儿毛细支气管炎 (毛支 )的治疗效果。方法 :将 83例毛支患儿随机分为观察组 4 1例 ,对照组 4 2例 ,在相同综合治疗基础上 ,观察组加用 2 5 %硫酸镁 0 1ml/kg,每日 1次 ,对比观察治疗效果。结果 :两组气促缓解时间比较无显著性差异 ,观察组心率恢复正常、肺部哮鸣音消失及咳嗽消失时间较对照组明显缩短 ;观察组治愈率明显高于对照组。结论 :硫酸镁是毛支治疗安全、有效的药物

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of magnesium sulphate on children with bronchiolitis Methods: 83 cases admitted to hospital with bronchiolitis were divided into two groups randomly 42 cases in control group were treated with synthetic therapy and 41 cases in treated group were treated with magnesium sulphate besides the same synthetic therapy The clinical effects were evaluated in both groups Results: The time needed for recovering from dyspneawere no significant differences between the two groups The treated group showed a rapid improvement in wheezing and cough compare with those in control group Conclusion: Magnesium sulphate is effective and safe in treating bronchiolitis |
