陈旧性旋转及垂直不稳定骨盆骨折的手术治疗

目的 探讨陈旧性旋转及垂直不稳定骨盆骨折手术治疗的效果。方法 本组9例采用骶髂关节前后联合入路切开复位手术治疗。结果 随访6~30月,骨盆骨折均获良好复位。临床功能恢复满意,9例患者均下地行走,8例无腰腿痛、患肢缩短等并发症。结论 骶髂关节前后联合入路手术可有效复位固定旋转及垂直不稳定骨盆骨折,矫正畸形,重建骨盆环的稳定性。

Surgical management of old vertical unstable pelvic fractures

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of open reduction and internal fixation in the management of old vertical unstable pelvic fractures. Methods In the 9 cases with surgical treatment for pelvic fractures, combination of the anterior and posterior approaches was adopted. Results In the follow-up lasting for 6-30 months, all pelvic fractures were reduced satisfac- torily. The 9 patients were able to walk and 8 of them gained good clinical recovery without complications. Conclusion In the management of old vertical unstable pelvic fractures, a stable pelvis can be reconstructed by effective open reduction and internal fixation through combination of the anterior and posterior approaches, so that further sequelae can be reduced.
